The holiday season was a bright one this year, and the Holiday Shopping Card Promotion results show that residents were in a festive mood when supporting local merchants. Penney Young, manager of Belmains, said that she has seen the use of the cards growing each year as shoppers learn about the program and the importance of shopping locally.
