What We Do

From interior and exterior renovations to custom home construction, JJC has completed a broad scope of residential projects. Custom green cabinetry and concrete countertops are also part of Jack and his crew’s capabilities. And they’ll put your ideas on paper while helping with design and budget details. Jack urges homeowners to consider sustainable products and practices while helping them to determine how their choices will affect their budget now and in the future.

What We Know

Jack and Deb have been trained by Efficiency Vermont to understand that a house is a system and each component added or deleted affects that system. Moisture, air penetration, energy consumption, draft, and toxicity are just some of the issues to be considered when making changes to a home. Moreover, Jack and his crew are EPA Lead Safe certified, a new federal requirement for all contractors working on homes built before 1978. Jack and Deb understand the value of continually learning about, questioning, and evaluating building products and procedures as well as safety practices. Change and innovation are common in the building business and it is important to know the difference between what SEEMS like a great idea and what IS a great idea. Jack, as a contractor with years of experience and an open mind, is adept at knowing what IS a great idea so he can share it with you, the homeowner.

A natural choice

When considering a contractor to help you through the design, specification, budgeting, planning, and building process, think about Jack and his team. They’ll listen to your vision and help you to create a space that is comfortable for you and friendly for the planet. What could be more natural?
