Mission: VACE Insurance is proivided by Chamber Benefits Inc. (CBI), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vermont Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE). These services are provided as benefits for employer members and their employees of chambers of commerce in Vermont.
Health Insurance

VACE provides health insurance through CIGNA for the employees of employers who
- are a member in good standing of a chamber of commerce that is a member of VACCE. The Randolph Area Chamber of Commerce is a member in good standing.
- are domiciled in Vermont
- are actively in business
- have 1 to 50 employees
VACE offers five different plans at the present time:
- $600 Deductible
- $1,000 Deductible
- $2,450 Deductible - High Deductible Health Plan (suitable for use with an HSA (Health Savings Account)*
- $2,500 deductible
- $3,000 deductible
- $3,500 Deductible - High Deductible Health Plan (suitable for use with an HSA (Health Savings Account)*
The plans are a part of CIGNA's Open Access Plus (OAP) provider network in Vermont
All plans are available for single, two persons, or family (3 or more persons) coverage

Dental Insurance
VACE provides dental insurance through Northeast Delta Dental for employers who
- are a member in good standing of a chamber of commerce that is a member of VACCE. The Randolph Area Chamber of Commerce is a member in good standing.
- are domiciled in Vermont
- are actively in business
- note that there is no employee limit
- Health Insurance
There is only one dental plan. Coverage is available for single, two persons, or family (3 or more persons).
