Holiday Shopping Card Week 4 Winners
One Final Double Stamp Day before Grand and Bonus Prize Drawings
The Holiday Shopping Card Promotion has just a few more days before the final Grand Prize drawings and the Bonus Drawing. Shoppers can benefit from one more double stamp day to complete their cards, which is scheduled for December 26. Grand and Bonus Prizes have been generously sponsored by Chef's Market, Vermont Computing, Massage Professionals of Randolph, Cover to Cover with the Brick Store, and Dandelion Acres.
The Randolph Area Chamber of Commerce organizes the promotion and Deb Jones, Executive Director, said, The three elements that make the promotion successful is the quality of the merchandise and services of the merchants, the support of the sponsoring businesses, and the enthusiasm and loyalty of the participating shoppers. Jones also noted that there were a record 602 cards turned in this week, bringing the total cards dropped off to 1642, compared to 1238 for the fourth week of last year's promotion.
On December 22 Mona Colton of Randolph National Bank drew the cards of the following eight winners, each of whom will receive a $25 gift certificate: Nancy Young, Rinker's Snack Shop; Pat Meyer, Rite Aid; Debra Leahy, Rosebud Florist; Karen Amidon, Royal Towne Gifts; Patty Gruteke, , Tewksbury's Country Store; Shannon Bent, Three Stallion Inn; a bowler from the Green Mountain League, Valley Bowl; and Lisa Campbell, Wilson Tire Co.
The grand and bonus prize drawings will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec ember 28 at the Randolph National Bank's lobby on Main Street. Noon of that day will be the deadline for drop off of completed cards at Mascoma Savings Bank's Bethel lobby, Chef's Market (Randolph Farm Stand), and Belmains. Dandelion Acres closes before Christmas and does not accept cards after 3pm on Dec. 23.
